Nomination Terms and Conditions

1. Nomination to the Storm Makeover Blitz promotion is open to all persons residing on the Coffs Coast except employees of HA Bachrach Nom Pty Ltd 13 690 993 695 and their immediate families., tenants of Park Beach HomeBase and Park Beach Plaza and their immediate families, employees of NBN Television and their immediate families and employees of The Coffs Coast Independent and their immediate families. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, it’s Directors.
2. The promoter is HA Bachrach Nom Pty Ltd 13 690 993 695 c/-Park Beach HomeBase, PO Box 6001, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.
3. To nominate a friend or relative in need customers simply log on to www.parkbeachhomebase.com.au and complete the Storm Makeover Blitz Nomination Form and then enter their details, correct name and email address on the Nomination Form on the site and complete all nomination form questions including the details of the nominee, incorrect name or email will invalidate entry to promotion.
4. The prize includes 1 x Home Makeover to the value of $10,000.
5. The makeover is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
6. Nominations are open from 12.01am 14 May 2009 to 12.00pm Friday 5 June 2009.
7. The judging of nominations will take place at the office of Park Beach HomeBase Centre Management with an independent judging panel.  The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Proof of identity will be required by the nominator and nominee when the makeover is awarded. The prize will be delivered within 3 months of judging.
9. Accepting the nomination and Storm Makeover Blitz is consent for HA Bachrach Nom Pty Ltd to use the nominator and nominees name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing and publicity purposes.
10. Nominators and nominees consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about both for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.
11. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the makeover except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. If the nominee is under the age of 18, the makeover will be awarded to the nominee’s parent or guardian.
13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
14. Nominations are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of nominations.
